We are selling these timeshares - plain and simple. We guarantee that timeshares purchased from us are free and clear of any liens.  We handle all of the ownership transfer and deed processing work through a licensed real estate broker. In the unlikely event that the broker finds a defect in the deeding process your money will be 100% refunded.

Since we oversee the transfer of all of our properties and utilize a designated account for monies collected, we do not normally use escrow services.  However, we can arrange this service for a $100 fee. We can also provide title insurance for an additional $350 fee. Payment must be made in full before transfer of membership or title can begin.
