Our services for selling your timeshare include researching the resort in order to create an attractive and informative listing, collecting funds from the buyer, and handling transfer of the deed through one of the best real estate brokerage companies in the business. Our only requirement from you, the seller, is that you must own your timeshare free and clear of any liens, and be current on maintenance fees. We can not handle mortgages. When your timeshare is sold through a successful auction and the transaction is complete, you will receive a predetermined percentage of the high bid less the eBay listing fees.

If you would like to proceed, the first step is for us to create a Timeshare Resale Agreement which will include an auction reserve price - the minimum amount for which your timeshare can be sold. This agreement will be faxed to you. Once the signed agreement is returned to us, our real estate & escrow company will draw-up a new Warranty Deed completing the seller's information; the buyer's information will be left blank to be completed as soon as full payment is received. The deed is then sent for recording. We have found this to be the fastest way to complete the sale.
