The floor plan of a lock-off unit provides owners the opportunity to change accommodations as their vacation plans change from year to year. The unit can be be divided into two sub-units, each side occupied separately. Vacationing with the whole family or friends? Then use the complete unit (sides A & B). Another year, use one side of the unit for seven nights and the other portion for another seven nights. Want to vacation at this resort and exchange to another resort in the same year? Then divide your unit and use one side for this resort and trade the other side through an exchange company.

If this usage is for Biennial, the lockout gives you an option to vacation EVERY year by separating the unit and depositing one half for usage in even years!
